Long arm excavators are used in construction and agriculture - Bonovo

Long arm excavator is a standard arm length excavator model which is improved on the basis of ordinary excavator. Then choose to increase the length of the arm and/or arm. Standard excavators are a good addition to any workplace due to the machine’s multitasking capabilities. The single arm rod provides good range and suitable barrel size, providing faster swing.

If you want to use an excavator to complete tasks far from the equipment, then you need to be equipped with an excavator with an extended arm and/or an extended arm.

STANDARD BOOM AND EXTENDED ARM

Many agricultural customers find it easy to clear ditches, ditches and ponds using crawler excavators with standard arm bars and extended arms with small ditch cleaning barrels. With an extended arm, the excavator can be kept away from the edge of the water, preventing the edge from collapsing under the weight of the excavator itself, or preventing the excavator from falling into the water.

SUPER LONG FRONT (EXTENDED BOOM AND ARM)

The hydraulic excavator has a large excavation area. As with the above modification of the extended arm, the excavator with the attachment has greatly improved its efficiency in projects such as river maintenance, dredging of lakes, slope consolidation and material handling. The disadvantage of this extended arm combination is that the bucket is much smaller than the modification with only the extended arm.

The long arms of these excavators can be sourced from Bonovo, which can supply them directly from its own factory on demand.

WHY ARE BUCKETS SMALLER ON LONG REACH EXCAVATORS?

The general rule is that the longer the arm and arm combination, the smaller the bucket becomes. If this rule is not followed, the machine will become unstable and lose digging power, resulting in a loss of efficiency. The excavator and its accessories are designed to gradually and steadily support the weight of the load. If a condition occurs when the load applied to the bucket suddenly increases (called impact load), there is a risk that the arm may break. Long arm hydraulic excavators are designed for light load work, heavy lifting or digging may cause damage to the machine.

HIGH REACH EXCAVATORS FOR DEMOLITION WORK

This development gave excavators exceptionally long arms. The excavator is designed to allow operators to reach higher floors of buildings being demolished, rather than “going down” to perform tasks such as digging ditches. Now, the structure can be knocked down in a controlled way that is less deft with a wrecking ball. This also means that this long arm works in harsh or extreme environments, providing an advantage over other excavators and increased reliability to handle a variety of construction jobs. In fact, extended reach excavators are leading the demolition industry with their contribution to productivity and safety.

High arm excavators can also be used for civil or agricultural operations.

EXCAVATORS WITH A TELESCOPIC ARM (UPPER ARM SLIDING TYPE)

Thanks to the hydraulic sliding system in the model, the arm rapidly contracts and expands (the “telescope”), providing high working efficiency. The sliding mechanism of the roller on the sliding surface makes adjustment easy and prevents vertical and horizontal vibration of the arm, thus minimizing wear that shortens the life of the arm.

With the extended arm, the excavator can dig to the same depth as the level 3 machine and above, making it a useful accessory for restricted work sites that require a wide range of work. In addition, the slope finishing work can be easily completed.

Equipment for excavator fittings can usually be ordered directly from the Bonovo manufacturer’s factory, as it requires specialized parts for hydraulic sliding systems.
